omar 7f8f0096d8 Internals: Renamed SliderCalcRatioFromValueT() -> ScaleRatioFromValueT(), SliderCalcValueFromRatioT() -> ScaleValueFromRatioT(). 
Replaced drag/slider flags with a single bool is_logarithmic in those functions.
